ABOUT LATITUDE 65 BREWING COMPANY

Our Story

Nestled just at the edge of downtown Fairbanks in an old Alaska Club, the perfect spot for Lat 65 was found. There was A LOT of work to transform several old racquetball courts into a production area and taproom... but after working through two Interior Alaska winters Lat 65 was born! Upon completion of all stages of renovations and growth, Lat 65 will be Fairbanks’ largest brewery and taproom.

Our neighborhood brewery is within walking and biking distance to many that live in the heart of Fairbanks. We're just off the Chena River bike trail system and riverfront Graehl Park. During the summertime Lat 65 becomes a host for food trucks as patrons soak up the sunshine on our patio.

This is just the beginning of all things great here at Lat 65, we're happy you've taken interest in our story and look forward to serving you a craft beer soon.

Wow, Fairbanks. We are simply blown away, and we’d like to take a moment to thank everyone who has made this possible. We’ve only opened our doors less that 2 years ago, and to be receiving this award has humbled us.
This moment would not have been possible without the many people and businesses who have helped and guided us along the way, from the purchase of the old Alaska Club, to the long renovation to make it into the brewery and taproom you see today–we thank you. To the many faces we see each week, both new and familiar–we thank you.

To our Taproom staff; we truly can’t thank them enough. Each one of them bring so much to the table with ideas on how to make our business thrive, providing a friendly and helpful face to everyone who walks through our doors, and making this place as inviting as walking into an old friend’s house. We are so thankful for each one of you, and from the bottom of our hearts, thank you for all you guys do.
And lastly, thank you, Fairbanks, for helping us keep the dream alive. We can’t wait to celebrate over a beer with you.
