BEER YOGA …but not in that order.

As much as we’d love to serve you a delicious craft beer before… we want you to be centered on your practice!  Our tasty brews can be quite distracting, and legally we can’t serve you until 11am.

Join us for a relaxing (and fun) 1 hour yoga session with Tracy Johnson followed by your favorite Lat 65 beverage.

Teens are welcome to join in our practice as long as they are with their legal guardian or spouse who is over 21.  We have root beer on tap for those underage.  PLEASE be mindful of Alaska brewery laws when deciding who to bring with you!

Please bring your own mat if you have one!  If not, we’d be happy to provide one for your practice.  Extra mats are limited and available on a first come, first served basis.

Classes start at 10:45 SHARP & DOORS WILL BE LOCKED AT THAT TIME.

Doors open at 10:15am, we encourage you to come early!
